For use as a COLD PACK
Store in freezer for 2 hours before use Remove Ice Pack from freezer, wrap in a thin cloth and place on affected area Apply compress / bandage to secure if required Return to freezer after use
For use as a HOT PACK
HOT WATER
Immerse reusable pack in hot water for 10 min (15 min if frozen) Remove from hot water, wrap in a thin cloth before use Apply to the affected area
MICROWAVE:
Place into microwave for 30sec if pack is at room temperature (1min if frozen)
Check that the right temperature has been achieved
